Grammy to the rescue!

Poor Baby Ribbet! He had lost one of his eyes in a near tragic accident with our dog Buddy. You see Buddy has a bad "Jones" for stuffed animals. Oh don't get me wrong he loves the stuffed animals~but just a little too much!
For some reason he just has to chew the eyes off first thing. But little Emily saved Baby Ribbet before much damage was done...this time. Sadly there have been many other's that were not so lucky. I heard a baby girl squealy scream and then the scolding of Buddy. She quickly brought Baby Ribbet to Grammy because she knows who can fix the problem. So with a little green thread, a couple of buttons and the love of a Grammy I mended a frog eye and a little girls broken heart this weekend. All in a days work for a Grammy! Poor Baby Ribbet now looks a little bit like he has had too much caffeinated beverage to drink.
But thankfully he has much more life in him for a little girl to love.

  3. So great of you to fix Ribbet. This reminded me of how my brother would operate on my stuffed animals. I would go hug a bear and there would be something hard inside. I'd run straight to Robbie and he would always have some excuse. "The bear needed a new heart, or it was broken so I fixed it." Funny that made me feel better.
Thanks for stopping by my blog. The more I get into this blog thing I may spruce up mine. I'll let you know.
